Before baby arrives let's work together to create and individualised postpartum plan. This is a single support session package to ensure you have the tools to succeed after giving birth.

While we meticulously plan for birth, we often overlook the massive emotional, physical, and hormonal shifts that follow. You don't have to get through this complex transition alone. My postpartum therapy provides compassionate, specialized support for both parents, helping you rediscover your emotional balance and find joy in parenthood. I can help you not just survive, but truly thrive.

Couples Counseling

Welcoming a child transforms a relationship in profound ways. Sleep deprivation, shifting intimacy, parenting differences, family dynamics, and financial pressures can strain even the strongest partnerships. It's completely normal for couples to need support during this intense transition. My couples therapy helps you develop communication tools and strategies to maintain connection,  team up through challenges, and build the thriving relationship you have a right to.

Longing to be a parent and becoming a parent is one of life’s most profound transformations—both incredibly beautiful and undeniably challenging. As a mother myself, I deeply understand this dichotomy. The joy, the uncertainty, the identity shifts, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Originally from the US, I moved to Barcelona four years ago and know firsthand the excitement and challenges of being an expat, especially as a mother. Adjusting to a new culture, building a support system, and balancing personal and professional aspirations while raising a family can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you find clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in this new chapter of life.

I hold two advanced degrees from Columbia University in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Psychological Counseling and have over a decade of experience helping women and couples navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and align their lives with their deepest values. Before Barcelona, I lived in New York City and London, where I maintain professional licensure and registration.

My work has helped countless individuals move through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges to find greater balance, resilience, and joy. My approach is eclectic and deeply personalized, blending psychodynamic, interpersonal therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, attachment-based approaches, and somatic work to best meet your needs.
